I have seen quite a few people asking for widget sites in the help forums, so I thought it may be a good topic to cover with this entry. I found a site that gives me all the details I want before installing a widget. Widgetbox lets you see user ratings, the number of users who rated the particular widget, their comments and the total number of installs.
Widgetbox: Blog Widgets for Myspace, WordPress, TypePad & More – Widgetbox has 512 pages of Widgets in their Blog category. When you find a widget you like, you can double-click on it and see all the details of the ratings and installs.
It’s also very simple to find what you need, since you can sort by tags such as, clocks, games, humor, social networks, music and several more. You can also search by tag, to find what you are looking for more quickly.
Here are just a few Widgets I found from Widgetbox (above).

It’s also very simple to install each widget. You can follow the steps below to add each widget.
Step 1: Once you find a widget you want, click on the “Blogspot” icon under “Get Widget”
Step 2: After you click the “Blogspot” Icon, the screen below will show. Then just click “Add Widget”
Step 3: Once you click “Add Widget,” it will take you to your “Add Page Element” section of Blogspot. From there you simply select your blog from the dropdown box, choose the title of the widget and click “Add Widget”
Step 4: After you’ve clicked on “Add Widget,”it will add it to your layout template and you can move it to where you want. It should then appear on your blog.
Do any of you have any sites that you use to get your Widgets. Any widgets you like or dislike, that you’d like to share?
