Its hard to find anything really good for this for free. Especially if you have Cable.

I'm not so sure that free proxies are the best answer. I personally don't trust something that is free. I've been using a product for IP masking for over a year now just to make sure my Internet browsing is protected. I use a product called Private Proxy Software that has 4 servers for me to choose from and they randomly rotate the IP address on each of the servers.
