Gtdagenda is a GTD-based productivity service that helps you get things done by organizing all the activities in your life, work and while on the go. This service is mobile-ready and offers an app for both the Android and iPhone platforms. You can use the app in either stand-alone mode or by syncing it with the Gtdagenda web service.
Gtagenda Service
Gtagenda is based on David Allen’s GTD and is primarily built around Projects, Next Actions and Contexts. The service is structured in a way to help you create and visualize your goals for up to the next 20 years.
The service lets you create new goals while adding projects, tasks and contexts. This helps you work towards and complete your goals by a timeline you define.
Gtagenda does offer a free account (up to 3 goals) and has several other pay plans from $9 to $99.95 per month, based on the number of users and tasks. You can view all the different plans here.
Additional features include a Vision Wall that lets you collect and receive inspiring pictures through daily emails and Checklists, which smartly divides your tasks into daily, weekly, monthly and annual views.
Working with the web service is quick and easy. By clicking the New dropdown arrow, you can quickly start building your Goals, Projects, Tasks and Contexts. It offers a variety of ways to sort and view all your activities, while capturing your progress along the way.

Gtagenda App
The app, $3.99 in the iTunes App Store, is comprised of four distinct functional areas in Inbox, Next Action, Projects and Contexts.
Within the Inbox, you can add new tasks as a running to-do list. After adding a task, by tapping on the entry, you’ll have options to edit, mark as done, set next action or to delete. If you choose set new action, two actions occur. First, the entry will be represented with a green star and the task will appear in the “next actions” box.
Projects and contexts provide additional ways to organize tasks. Projects are identified with a page icon, while contexts are represented by @. Within each box, you’ll find an arrow to the right of each task. This arrow takes you directly to your inbox, where you can add new tasks, mark it as complete, set next action or a simple edit.

Overall
From within the app, I found that the app crashes everytime I swipe to delete a task in my inbox, but had no problems otherwise.
The biggest drawback for me is the price. While I like both the service and the app, paying $3.99 for the app and $9 per month for just the basic plan is a bit expensive, especially with all the free alternatives available. I would also like to see some improvements in the design and interface.
Overall, I found that the service worked well with the app and can absolutely see this helping me get my goals accomplished. I recommend giving the free service a try, before you decide to purchase the app or the basic plan.
